A Mobile Solids Solutions crew working an active job site

Careers

The work is hard, it is year-round, and it matters. If that reads as a warning rather than a pitch, this probably is not for you.

We are not going to tell you it's clean.

It is a wastewater treatment plant. You will be in gear, in weather, and sometimes inside a vessel that was full of sludge a few hours earlier. The hours are long when a job is running and the sites are rarely close to home.

What you get back is work that does not disappear in winter, equipment that is maintained because we own it, and a crew that treats confined-space procedure as the most serious thing on the site. A lot of people who start here stay. That is the honest pitch.

What we hire for.

Environmental technician Field crew

Working the vessel itself — drawdown, solids removal, confined-space entry and the hand cleaning that machinery cannot do. You will be inside digesters, basins and wet wells, in gear, with a monitored atmosphere and a crew watching.

No experience required. We train on the equipment and on confined-space procedure. What matters is showing up and being someone a crew can rely on in a tight space.
CDL driver Fleet

Running our own loads — roll-offs, crane trucks and the spread that travels to every job. You will be hauling sealed containers between plant sites and disposal, and helping the crew stage on arrival.

Valid CDL. Clean record. Willingness to be part of the job on site rather than only behind the wheel.
Equipment operator Field crew

Running the press, the pumps and the Crawler on live jobs. This is the equipment the whole business is built on and the people who run it are the reason a date holds.

Mechanical aptitude and experience on heavy or process equipment. We will train the specifics.

What you get back.

Year-round work

Our crews run through every season Pennsylvania throws at them. This is not seasonal work with a winter layoff built into it.

Our own equipment

You will not be sent out on a rental somebody else maintained. The fleet is ours and it is looked after.

Trained, not thrown in

Confined-space entry is the most serious thing we do and nobody does it untrained. OSHA 10 certification and procedure come before the first vessel.

A crew, not a headcount

Five people run the office. Everyone else is on a truck or in a vessel, and the company is small enough that Chip knows who you are.

No résumé? Call anyway.

Plenty of the people running our equipment today started without one. Tell us what you have done and whether you can be on a truck Monday.
