02 Rough volume Best estimate is fine. We would rather start from an approximation than wait on a survey you have not run yet.

03 Last cleanout Roughly how long since the vessel was last emptied, and what was found if anyone recorded it.

04 Timing & constraints Target window, permit conditions, bypass limits, and anything unusual about site access.
