Two treatment lagoons at a borough authority. For a borough running a single train, draining a cell for a drying season is not a realistic option, so the work had to happen with the lagoons in service.
Surface-operated sludge removal with the pump unit working the cell while it kept treating, sludge pumped to the bank, conditioned and run through the belt press on site, then hauled and disposed of. The aerial frame shows the hose run from the bank out across the water. A baffle was installed as part of the same engagement.
Completed on time and within budget. The authority returned a signed evaluation form rating the work 10 out of 10 and confirming they would rehire. It is reproduced in full below.
